- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Garlic Clove4 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Worcestershire sauce3 tablespoon
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Blend the garlic, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion in a blender. Reserve.
- Pierce the meat in the middle with a knife, season with the beaten mixture, fill with the calabrese sausage.
- Heat the olive oil in a large pan, place the meat. Brown on all sides. Keep dripping water so it doesn't burn and always turning the meat until it's completely roasted. Wait for it to cool down. Slice the meat, place in a refractory. Drizzle with the remaining sauce in the pan and take it to the preheated oven just to warm up.
