- Tuscan sausage1/2 kg
- Chopped Mozzarella200 g
- Chopped tomato1 unit(s)
- Chopped Pepper1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Vegetables to taste
- Cut the sausage skin so it doesn't come apart too much. Ideal to cut only the top part and make room with your fingers
- Place the chopped onion, tomato and pepper inside each one.
- Join them so that one holds the other in a pan with oil at the bottom.
- Put the vegetables around.
- Ideally they are vegetables that are soft at the same time more or less. I used pumpkin and sweet potato.
- Bake in a preheated oven until the vegetables start to get soft.
- Remove from the oven and place the mozzarella cheese on top of the sausage.
- Return to the oven for the cheese to melt and brown.
