Ingredients: 1 kg Tuscan sausage; 300 g Ham; 350 g Mozzarella; 1 unit(s) Green pepper; 1 unit(s) Red pepper; 1 unit(s) Yellow pepper; 1 unit(s) tomato; 1 unit(s) Onion; 3 tablespoon Mustard; 3 tablespoon Mayonnaise; 0 to taste Seasonings

Tuscan sausage1 kg
Ham300 g
Mozzarella350 g
Green pepper1 unit(s)
Red pepper1 unit(s)
Yellow pepper1 unit(s)
tomato1 unit(s)
Onion1 unit(s)
Mustard3 tablespoon
Mayonnaise3 tablespoon
Seasonings0 to taste

Cut the sausages in half
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes, preheated oven to 180°
Grind all ingredients (or cut into cubes)
Season with your prefect seasonings, I used black pepper, salt, oregano, chimichurri
Remove sausages from the oven
And spread over them, the crushed and seasoned ingredients
Cover it all with grated Parmesan cheese
Bake in the oven for 25 minutes or until browned.
It is perfect to accompany white rice and green leaf salad.
