  • Relata mozzarella cheese100 g
  • Chimichurry1 tablespoon
  • Olive oil for drizzling3 tablespoon
  • Lemon pepper1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the sausage in half to open a cavity for stuffing.
  2. Finely chop the tomato, onion, pepper
  3. Mix the chopped spices with the chimichurry, the grated mozzarella
  4. Sprinkle the limon peper on the sausages, and with the help of a spoon, place the stuffing and press down.
  5. After filling them all, arrange them in the roasting pan or air fryer, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
