- Cut the sausage in half to open a cavity for stuffing.
- Finely chop the tomato, onion, pepper
- Mix the chopped spices with the chimichurry, the grated mozzarella
- Sprinkle the limon peper on the sausages, and with the help of a spoon, place the stuffing and press down.
- After filling them all, arrange them in the roasting pan or air fryer, drizzle with olive oil and bake for 30 to 40 minutes.
