- Sirloin head (the initial part of pork loin)11/2 kg
- Black pepper1 coffee spoon
- Garlic (head)2 tablespoon
- Salt1 tablespoon
- Onion1 to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Season the loin the day before if possible. With garlic and salt and black pepper. Put the chopped onion. And leave it in the fridge.
- Put the oil in the pan and let it heat up. Then put the loin with the seasonings.. Let it fry and go turning and adding the water (the well-known drip and fry).
- This way the meat will be as if it was made in the oven.. Soft but with an amazing color and flavor
