Coloque a carne de sol na panela de pressão.
Acrescente o óleo e tampe.
Deixe por 20 minutos em fogo médio.
Abra e ponha a cebola.
Se já estiver sem água, acrescente 1/2 copo de água e deixe por 4 minutos na pressão.
Abra e deixe secar.
Sirva com mandioca ou arroz branco.
