- Bottle butter1/4 cup
- Salt to taste
- With the meat desalted, cover the meat with water, leave it on high heat and as soon as the pan starts to "whistle" leave it on low heat for 30 minutes.
- Then discard all the water from the meat, remove the excess fat and transfer the meat to a food processor. Beat until the meat is shredded.
- In a skillet over medium heat, place the bottled butter and sauté the onion and garlic. Add the jerky and stir for 10 minutes until browned.
- Add the farofa little by little and adjust the salt.
