- White rice2 cup
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Crushed garlic1 teaspoon
- Scented Pepper2 unit(s)
- Coriander and green onions1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Saffron1 to taste
- Ground Black Pepper1 to taste
- Sun meat (duckling)400 g
- Water4 cup
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- Desalt the sun dried meat (wash the meat under running water and then bring to a boil. Drain the hot water and set aside)
- In a large pan, take the meat already desalted and cut into small cubes to sauté in oil, onion and garlic.
- Add the chili pepper, black pepper and turmeric. Sauté until the meat starts to "stick" to the bottom of the pan. Add the washed rice and stir.
- Put 4 cups of water, add salt to taste OR use a sachet of northeast flavored sazon and wait for the water to dry on low heat and pan half covered. Turn off the fire
- Finish by adding cilantro, chives and chopped peppers.
