- In a pan, fry the sun-dried meat in olive oil and set aside.
- Peel the potatoes, carrots into strips and cook the vegetables in a bain-marie (until al dente). Add salt to taste.
- In the pan that is the reserved meat, add the chopped red onion or in rings (as you prefer) and take it to the fire. Then add the vegetables until the onion is golden.
