- Season the meat with salt and crushed garlic. Let marinate for a few minutes.
- After that time, put a tablespoon in a pressure cooker, let it heat up and add the meat, leave the pot open for a few minutes and then add 1/4 of a cup of water. Cover the pan and let it bake
- Cover the pan and let it bake.
- Cut the potato and carrot into small squares and cook with water and salt.
