- Ground meat1/2 kg
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Wheat2 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Bahian seasoning to taste
- Mashed Garlic2 unit(s)
- Grated Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Oil for frying to taste
- Tomato sauce sachet1 unit(s)
- In a bowl, place the ground beef, add garlic, onion, seasonings of your choice, salt and egg, mix well, then add the wheat. If it gets too sticky (sometimes the wheat depends on the size of the egg) add a little more wheat. Enough for you to be able to make balls with your hands.
- With a spoon take small portions make the balls and book. In a pan, heat the oil and place the balls to fry in small amounts, just browning and removing them, reserve them on a plate.
- In another pan, sauté the tomato sauce to your liking, add a little water and accommodate all the meatballs. Cover the pan and let it cook for about 10 minutes. And it's ready to serve.
