- Salt and Garlic to taste
- Dry seasonings such as: Chimichurri, black pepper, pepperoni, fine herbs to taste
- Oil2 tablespoon
- Colorau to taste
- Water4 cup
- In a pressure cooker add the two tablespoons of oil and let it heat up, add salt and crushed garlic and let it fry, then add the meat and sear. After sealing all the meat and leaving it well “fried”, add the dry seasonings and paprika and water and let it cook for about 25 minutes. After this time, stop cooking the meat to add the cubed manioc. Put pressure again and let it cook for another 10 minutes. When the time passes, pour it into a container and add green smell to taste.
