- Beef rib cut into pieces600 g
- Manioc/cassava500 g
- Chopped Onion1 cup
- Chopped Garlic1 tablespoon
- Hot water1 cup
- Sweet paprika1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Chili Pepper to taste
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Chopped green onion1/3 cup
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Clean the rib well, removing excess fat.
- Heat the oil in a pressure cooker and brown the ribs well.
- Add the onion and sauté well, then add the garlic and pepper, stir well and add the paprika.
- Sauté for 1 minute and add water, cassava, bay leaf and salt, stir well.
- Close the pressure cooker and let cook for about 20 minutes after you get pressure.
- After that time, remove the pressure from the pan and check if the meat is already soft or if you need to add more water.
- Finish with the green onion and serve immediately.
