- Cassava, cut into large cubes2 cup
- In a pan, heat oil and fry the ribs with 1 sazon of sazon for 3 minutes or until doubled. Sauté the garlic, onion and tomato for 5 minutes or until wilted. Add the water and 1 more sazon bag and cook for 1 hour on low heat. Add the cassava and cook for another 30 minutes or until thickened.
