- 1 kg and 1/2 of cooked beef rib. kg

- Saute the cassava and let it cook.
- When it is already soft, add the chopped tomato, onion, natural broth and let it cook a little longer.
- Add the beef rib, let it boil a little longer.
- Cook for approximately 40 minutes.
- Sprinkle with the green smell and pepper of your choice.
