Butter1 tablespoon
Portuguese sausage1 unit(s)
Wheat Flour4 tablespoon
Salt, Oregano and Oil to taste
Onion1/2 unit(s)
Panko Flour100 g
Egg1 unit(s)

In a pan with water and salt, cook the peeled sweet potato. It has to be fully cooked. Take the water out of the pan and mash the potato.
Add the butter, grated Portuguese sausage, diced onion, wheat flour and oregano.
Mix well until you form a dough, check if you need a little more salt. Make medium balls and dip in beaten egg and then in panko flour.
Put oil to heat and fry the dumplings until golden.
