- Take some of the fruit syrup and heat it in a pan with a little salt. Stir well and let it reduce a little.
- Take the tender and make light checkerboard cuts across its surface.
- Apply the syrup from the pan to the piece using a brush.
- Stick cloves into the corners of the squares.
- Place the tender in the oven at 220°C for 30 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, place it on a plate or platter and decorate with the fruit in syrup.
