Cozinhar o cupim por 50 minutos na pressão , desfiar,temperar, colocar o requeijao, misturar bem, abrir a massa na mão colocar a mussarela e fazer bolinha, passar no ovo e  farinha de rosca fritar na gordura quente ou colocar na airfryer.  

Pode ser servido com molho tartaro

Cook the termite for 50 minutes under pressure, shred, season, put the cheese, mix well, open the dough in your hand, put the mozzarella and make a ball, pass it in the egg and breadcrumbs, fry in the hot fat or put it in the airfryer.

Can be served with tartar sauce
