- Pork fillet1 kg
- Orange juice250 ml
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Star anise1 unit(s)
- Mustard Powder1 teaspoon
- Soy sauce4 tablespoon
- Garlic to taste
- Salt to taste
- Fine herbs to taste
- Oil to taste
- Cut the fillet into medallions approximately 2 fingers thick.
- Season with salt, mustard, garlic, soy sauce, fine herbs and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
- Brown the fillets in a skillet and set aside.
- Taking advantage of the bottom, brown the onion and add a little salt.
- Add the orange juice and as soon as it boils, add the fillets, butter and anise.
- Let the sauce reduce for 10 minutes.
- Tip 1: Remove the garlic from the skillet after frying the meat so it doesn't burn and if you want to add it to the sauce when it's almost ready. Tip 2: Served with white rice, rustic potato and mixed leaves.
