- Butter150 mg
- Crush the garlic and mix well with the butter at the point of ointment, set aside.
- Sprinkle the salt and pepper on the piece of meat evenly on all sides.
- Rub the butter mixture all over the piece and place it inside a food bag.
- Add the soy sauce to the bag, close it tightly and leave it in the fridge to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Remove the meat from the bag, place on a baking sheet and cover with aluminum foil.
- Place in a preheated oven at 250 degrees.
- After 20 minutes, remove the foil and leave the fat on the top side.
- Keep in the oven until cooked. Approximately another 20 minutes.
