- Black pepper to taste
- Oil3 tablespoon
- Take the whole breast at room temperature and seal it on both sides using the oil, in the pressure cooker.
- After both sides are well browned, add seasonings to taste.
- Cover the pan and let it cook for at least 30 minutes. It really depends on your fire and your pan. As I did in the electric pressure cooker, I left it for 40 minutes.
- After this cooking time, check the meat and see if it is to your liking. If it's not too soft, you can press it again.
- Once cooked, place on a board and slice.
