- In a pressure cooker, heat the oil over high heat. Add the onion and the meat, previously seasoned and salt.
- Cover the pan and let it cook on low heat for 40 minutes after it starts to boil.
- Let all the pressure come out and then remove the meat from the pan, slice and serve immediately, accompanied by the sauce formed during cooking.
- Tip: There is no need to include water in this recipe, as the onion releases the amount of liquid needed to cook the meat.
