- Bacon200 g
- Saffron1 teaspoon
- White wine90 ml
- Grana Padano cheese300 g
- Slightly cut the bottom of the tomato and then cut the lid, put olive oil and season with salt and pepper and reserve the lid and tomato.
- Put the bacon to brown and then add the garlic and onion, as soon as it browns add the ground beef and sauté it well.
- When the meat is sticking to the bottom, add the wine to get the bottom, remembering, don't let the meat dry too much, it has to be a little wet!
- Then I stuffed the tomato with the ground meat and when it is full, add the cheese and cover with the reserved tomato lids.
- Bake in the oven for about 20 minutes at 180°
