- Mozzarella Cheese100 g
- Ham100 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion to taste
- Chimichurri to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- To begin, remove the sausage from the bud.
- Cut the tomato into very small pieces and set aside.
- Grate the onion and reserve.
- In a refractory, add the sausage, tomato, onion and chimichurri.
- Mix well, until it forms a dough.
- Now I debt this mass in two parts.
- Grease a tray with oil and add half of the dough. Now, add the cheese and ham.
- Cover with the remaining dough .
- Place cheese on top and bake in a preheated oven at 200° for approximately 50 minutes.
- Now just serve!
