- Cassava flour150 g
- Breadcrumbs100 g
- Chopped Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Minced Garlic Cloves3 unit(s)
- Coriander1 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Cook the black-eyed peas under pressure for 10 minutes. Drain and reserve.
- In a large pan, melt the butter and fry the bacon and pepperoni.
- Add the onion first and then the garlic to sauté in the butter and meat fat.
- Add the coriander. Shake well
- Add the two flours, mixing well, frying. Add salt and pepper, mixing well.
- Add the black-eyed peas and mix.
