- Cooked beans (al dente)250 g
- Bacon150 g
- Pepperoni150 g
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Cabbage1 unit(s)
- Ready-to-eat cassava flour1 unit(s)
- Beef broth1 unit(s)
- In a pan add the bacon and pepperoni, let it fry well;
- Soon after, fry the eggs, in the bacon fat, and stir well;
- Dissolve the beef stock in 150ml of hot water and add it to the pan, add the beans (only the seeds) and let it boil a little;
- Add the farofa little by little, and mix, so that it doesn't get too dry, finally add the finely chopped cabbage;
- After that, just serve as you wish!
