- Onion (chopped)1 unit(s)
- Garlic Cloves (chopped)5 unit(s)
- Kale (sliced) to taste
- Put the beans to cook with water and salt. In another (large) pan, sauté the bacon and sausages. After sautéing, add the beans (with little broth, gradually add the broth) along with the onion and garlic. Make the scrambled eggs with a spoon of butter (don't let it dry, the ideal here is that it gets wet, like a hotel breakfast) and then add the beans to the pan with the meats. Now make the farofa with a spoon of butter and stir well until golden (don't let it burn) then add the beans to the pan with the meats. Now sauté the chopped cabbage until it wilts and then add it to the bean pan with the meats as well. Mix everything and your tropeiro beans are ready.
