- Pork lard to taste
- Bacon300 g
- Pepperoni300 g
- Garlic to taste
- Onion to taste
- Cabbage to taste
- Raw Cassava Flour400 g
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Parsley and chives (green smell) to taste
- Cook the string beans, for approximately 15 minutes, in pressure, al dente.
- Drain the water and reserve.
- Heat the plow with the lard, put the bacon and pepperoni, let it fry, add the garlic and onion.
- With the fire low, place the reserved string beans, add the fresh and chopped cabbage, mix with the flour, pepper, green smell and olive oil to give moisture, if you need salt, add to taste!! .
- Turn off the heat and serve immediately, Bon appetit!! 🥘😋
