- Black Patéko Beans2 cup
- Water5 cup
- Bay leaves5 unit(s)
- Pre-cooked Tuscan sausage3 unit(s)
- Olive oil2 teaspoon
- Pepperoni Pepper1 teaspoon
- Crushed Garlic3 unit(s)
- Onion1 cup
- Cassava flour1/2 cup
- Scrambled eggs2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Chives1/2 cup
- Put 4 cups of water in a container with two cups of beans.
- Soak for less than 4 hours.
- Cook over medium heat.
- Add 2 bay leaves.
- Cook for 15 minutes, drain and set aside.
- Place the bacon in a skillet and let it brown.
- In the same skillet, place the sausages.
- Still in the skillet, add the 2 tablespoons of oil.
- Also add the pepperoni and 1/2 cup of water.
- Let it cook for 10 minutes and add 3 crushed garlic cloves.
- Stir the ingredients in the skillet and add 1 cup of onion.
- Add the black beans and remove the bay leaves. Add another 1/2 cup of water.
- Start mixing and season with salt. Mix until all the liquid is dry.
- Add 1/2 cup of cassava flour. Continue stirring to combine and add the scrambled eggs and chives.
