- Potato500 g
- Milk100 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Tuscan sausage500 g
- Tomato2 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Pepper1 unit(s)
- paprika to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
- Parsley to taste
- Mashed potato: Cook the potatoes with the skin on, make a few holes to cook faster, don't forget the salt in the water.
- Once cooked, remove the skins and mash to make a puree. Add the butter and gradually the milk. Mix until obtaining a homogeneous mass. Reserve.
- Filling: Now let's sauté the Tuscan sausage, don't forget to remove that little fur that surrounds them, as we will only use the internal content. Place them in a pan and sauté, then add the chopped tomato, onion and pepper. Saute! Add seasonings to taste. Reserve
- In a roast, add half of the puree making a small tray to add the Tuscan sausage filling, cover with the rest of the puree. Bake in a preheated oven (180°), let it brown for a few minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve hot.
