- Oregano1 to taste
- In a container that goes in the oven, arrange all the sausages, make small holes in all with the tip of the knife or fork.
- Peel and cut all the potatoes in the rustic cut, spread the potatoes between the sausages in the container.
- Squeeze the orange over the sausages and potatoes still raw, add the olive oil and oregano, put in the oven for 40 minutes.
