- Mayonnaise2 tablespoon
- Coriander1 to taste
- Mustard1 tablespoon
- Oregano1 to taste
- Olive1 to taste
- Mozzarella200 g
- Place the sausages in the pressure cooker with water to boil.
- Now take the tomato, pepper, onion, coriander and olive and chop them fine.
- Chopped ingredients put in a bowl and add 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise and 1 tablespoon of mustard mix everything. (Note: you can use curd cheese is also at your discretion I used mayonnaise.
- Now drain the sausage and cut them in half.
- Cut in half you take the stuffing we made and put it in the middle of the sausage.
- Stuffed sausage, now put the slices of mozzarella on top and finish with oregano
- Take it to the preheated oven at 180°g for approximately 20 minutes after that time take it out of the oven and remove the excess liquid that will form in the pan.
- After removing the excess, return to the oven to brown for another 20 minutes or until the sausage is golden.
