- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Bahia seasoning to taste
- Tomato sauce to taste
- Melted butter2 tablespoon
- Aluminum foil1 unit(s)
- Peel, cut and cook the potatoes without letting them fall apart. They need to be a little tough, so set them aside.
- Grease a pan with olive oil and place the sausages, throw the melted butter on top. Season with black pepper and salt to taste
- Season the potatoes with olive oil, salt, black pepper and Bahian seasoning.
- Place the potatoes in the pan along with the sausages.
- Put tomato sauce over the sausages (this step is optional, if you don't like it, you can skip it)
- Cover the shape with aluminum foil and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Remove the foil and let the sausages brown, this step takes about 10 minutes. or as you prefer
- And it's ready ;)
