- Tuscan pork sausage1 kg
- Green smell to taste
- Tomato Sauce Sachet1 unit(s)
- Onion1 unit(s)
- Parmesan Packet1 unit(s)
- Tablespoon of salt1 tablespoon
- Spoon of paprika1 teaspoon
- black pepper to taste
- let's season the potato peeled and cut into 4 parts with salt, paprika and black pepper and separate
- in a mold put the sausages in the middle between the sausages you place the potatoes put half of the tomato sauce spread over the sausages and cover the mold with aluminum foil to cook the sausage and the potato for 40 minutes
- take aluminum foil and spread the onions over it and spread the rest of the sauce over the sausages
- spread the parmesan on top and put it in the oven again for 10 minutes to brown and gratin the cheese
- now it's ready just to accompany it with rice and salad
