- Lentil1 cup
- Water4 cup
- Large minced garlic clove1 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 cup
- Chopped green smell1/2 cup
- Olive oil1 tablespoon
- Salt1 to taste
- Cumin to taste
- Brown rice flour1/2 cup
- Oat bran1/2 cup
- Cook the lentil.
- Place the lentils, along with 4 cups of water in the pressure cooker and cook over medium heat until pressure is reached.
- Then lower the heat and let it cook for 15 minutes.
- Drain and place in a bowl.
- Add the garlic, onion, green smell, olive oil, salt, season with cumin to taste and mix.
- Add the oat bran and brown rice flour little by little, until you get the point of modeling.
- Divide the dough into 6 equal pieces and apply a drizzle of oil to your hands.
- Model the hamburgers.
- Place the burgers in a greased shape and take it to the freezer for 1 hour.
- Remove carefully, fry in a non-stick frying pan with the oil thread, and turn when it's golden brown.
- Or bake for about 40 minutes at 180°C, but watch until golden.
- Is ready.
