- In a bowl, season the carré with the lemons, garlic, mixed seasoning and salt. Let marinate for 20 minutes.
- Heat a frying pan with oil and start frying the ribs in the hot oil.
- Pour a little water into the frying pan that is frying the carres, to release the seasoning that is stuck to the bottom of the pan. That way it would be golden and juicy.
