- Chicken fillet in small cubes1 kg
- Sour cream1 can(s)
- Slice of Mozzarella1 unit(s)
- Pot of cottage cheese1 unit(s)
- Milk1/2 cup
- Put the cream cheese, milk, mozzarella, sour cream and salt in the blender, beat everything, if it gets too thick the sauce can add a little more milk. Reserve.
- Season the chicken as you prefer and cook, when ready, add the white sauce inside the cooked chicken and mix well.
- Bring to the boil again and cook for another 5 minutes, do not stop stirring because otherwise the sauce will curdle.
- Turn off the heat and serve with white rice and potato straw.
