Wholemeal spaghetti in funghi sauce with strips of meat

- Cooked Whole Wheat Spaghetti300 g
- Soft coxĂŁo cut into strips200 g
- Dry Funghi hydrated in warm water for 30 minutes30 g
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Minced garlic1 teaspoon
- Dry red wine1/3 cup
- Ricotta Cream4 tablespoon
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Green Spice to taste
- Ground black pepper to taste
- Sea salt to taste
- How much water for mushroom hydration to taste
- In a very hot skillet with oil, grill the meat seasoned with salt and pepper and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add more oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Add the wine and cook until the alcohol evaporates.
- Return the meat to the pan and add the already chopped funghi along with a little of its hydration water.
- Add the ricotta cream and mix. Add more funghi water to bring the sauce to your preferred consistency, cook for another 5 minutes. Adjust the salt and finish with the green seasoning.
- Then serve with cooked whole-wheat spaghetti.
