- Cooked rice2 cup

- Garlic to taste
- Broccoli to taste
- Basil to taste

- Olive oil to taste
- Cut the bacon into cubes and take it to the hot pan to fry with a little olive oil. When it has squeaky and crispy, remove it from the pan and set aside.
- In the bacon fat itself, fry the cubed meat seasoned with salt and pepper. When done, add the onion and garlic and let it sauté.
- Add the broccoli. I used a serving of about 300g, which is what I had. Also add the pelattio tomato and adjust the salt.
- When it starts to boil, add the already cooked rice. Remembering that I made this recipe to enjoy and give a makeover to the rice left over from the previous day, that is, you don't have to leave it for a long time after that. Add basil leaves and you're done.
- You can toss the bacon back into the pan, or sprinkle it over the top after placing it on the plate. It's a delight!
