- Mozzarella cheese400 g
- Ground beef500 g
- Salt to taste
- Tomato sauce2 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
- Olive oil to taste
- Wash the zucchinis well and cut into fillets.
- Sprinkle with salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Sauté the minced meat with the chopped onion until golden, seasoning to taste
- Add the tomato sauce and set aside
- Drain the water you created in the zucchini and start assembling
- Put some of the sauce, a layer of zucchini, a layer of sauce, a layer of cheese in a shape or refractory and repeat the process until the shape is complete.
- Bake in the oven for 20 minutes and serve.
