- Ground beef sautéed with garlic and onion1 cup
- Cooked corn1/4 cup
- Homemade tomato sauce2 cup
- shredded mozzarella cheese to taste
- Mix ground beef with corn and set aside.
- Cut the zucchini into wide slices of about 8 cm and remove the core of each one with the help of a spoon, taking care not to remove the bottom that will hold the stuffing.
- Stuff each slice of zucchini with the ground meat and top with the grated cheese.
- Place the tomato sauce on a platter that can go in the oven and arrange the pieces of zucchini.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for 15-20 minutes.
