- Ground beef300 g
- Piece of mozzarella cheese100 g
- Tomato1 unit(s)
- Onion0 to taste
- Green Smell to taste
- Coriander to taste
- Salt to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- Red Sazon to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Cream cheese1 tablespoon
- Cut the zucchinis and remove the pulp forming a boat with them.
- Place the zucchinis in a pan and cover with water and add salt to taste.
- Let the zucchini cook until slightly soft.
- Reserve.
- Sauté the ground beef with the tomato, onion and seasonings to taste
- Finish with the green smell and coriander. Reserve.
- Cut the mozzarella into cubes and set aside.
- Place the zucchini boats in a shape and in each one put a little of the cream cheese
- Fill the boats with the braised ground beef
- Finish with the mozzarella cubes
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C.
- Tip: serve with white or brown rice.
