- Wheat flour500 g
- Water350 ml
- Salt10 g
- Organic Dry Yeast5 g
- Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix with your hands until smooth.
- Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.
- Remove the cloth, wet your hands and fold the dough over itself, from the outside in 10 times.
- Repeat this operation 4 times.
- Last time, let the dough rest for 1 hour.
- Shape the bread into a round shape and place in a floured iron or ceramic pan. Sift wheat flour and make the cuts as you wish.
- Preheat the oven for 20 min at 250 degrees.
- Bake for 25 min. with the lid and then another 20 min. (Or until golden) without the lid.
