- spaghetti noodles1 kg
- water2 l
- salt to taste
- crushed garlic3 unit(s)
- oil2 tablespoon
- Olive oil2 tablespoon
- chopped seedless tomato1 unit(s)
- chopped onion1 unit(s)
- tomato paste2 tablespoon
- Green smell1 unit(s)
- beef broth2 unit(s)
- In a pan, put the water, bring to the fire, when it starts to boil, put the pasta, oil and salt and cook for 8 minutes. Drain and reserve
- In another pan, add the oil and garlic, brown well. Add the onion, brown for 2 minutes, add the tomato and beef broth. Saute for 2 minutes. Add the tomato paste and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- Add the pasta, mix well, throw in the green smell and mix again. serve
