- Honey/Molasses/Maple Syrup3 tablespoon
- This is a reinforced recipe for a yummy breakfast. In this photo I used Maple Syrup/maple syrup to compose my pancake, but the truth is that Maple Syrup is very expensive and just tastes like caramel sauce. So I recommend using honey or cane molasses in yours.
- Start by mixing the dry ingredients, remember to leave the bicarbonate for last. Keep adding the liquids and mixing until it forms a homogeneous mass.
- Grease your frying pan and use a ladle to measure the dough you are going to use. Let the dough form bubbles, when you feel it's time to turn, slowly release the dough and turn.
- Repeat this process until you run out of dough, make a stack of pancakes and pour the syrup of your choice on top. Then just serve.
