- 1 and 1/4 cup (tea) of wheat flour 1 tablespoon of sugar 3 teaspoons of baking powder 2 lightly beaten eggs 1 cup (tea) of milk 2 tablespoons of melted saloil butter1 unit(s)
- Mix the flour, sugar, yeast and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, mix the eggs, milk and butter. Add the liquids to the dry ones, without mixing too much. The dough point should not be too liquid, it should run slowly. Heat and grease the skillet with oil, place the batter in the center, about 1/4 cup per pancake. Flip the dough to bake on the other side and it's done!
