- Organic Yeast10 g
- In a bowl put the yeast, warm water and sugar, stir well. Then add the rest of the ingredients, the egg, oil and salt. Shake well.
- Add the wheat flour little by little, until you can't move the spoon. On a floured table, knead the dough for about 10 minutes, until it is very smooth and does not stick to the table. Let rest for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
- Then just open the dough and fill with ham and mozzarella. Close and cut. Optional: Brush 1 egg yolk and finish with oregano.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° for 30/35 minutes, depending on your oven.
