- Peeled Tomato400 g
- Garlic cut into thin slices3 unit(s)
- Pepperoni Pepper1 coffee spoon
- Olive oil4 tablespoon
- Salt to taste
- Chopped Parsley to taste
- Black pepper to taste
- In a pan, add the oil and garlic. When the blades are golden, add the pepperoni and stir briefly (don't let the pepper burn, just leave it for a few seconds with something and olive oil to release the aroma).
- Then add the peeled tomato (can be canned, preferably chopped). Adjust the salt and pepper and add about 200ml of water. Let it simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes.
- Finish with parsley and serve with your favorite pasta.
