- Wheat flour500 g
- Egg1 unit(s)
- Oil40 ml
- Biological yeast10 g
- Sugar1 tablespoon
- Salt1 coffee spoon
- Milk200 ml
- Mix yeast with warm milk, eggs, sugar and oil.
- Stir well until the yeast dissolves, then add the wheat until the 500 gr is closed and the salt and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- Soon after add more wheat and knead it well and let it rest for another 30 minutes and just open the discs and stuff.
