- Wheat flour430 g
- Wholemeal Flour200 g
- Brown Sugar100 g
- Molasses or Honey65 g
- 50% cocoa powder60 g
- lukewarm water300 ml
- Organic dry yeast for bread10 g
- Salt1 dessert spoon
- Mix all the dry ingredients, except the salt, then mix the liquids. (You can knead in a bread machine, mixer if it is planetary and in the conventional way, which is in the strength of the arm). Knead for about 5 minutes and then add the salt. Then just knead for another 15 to 20 minutes approximately. Place a clean cloth over the dough, and wait for it to double in volume. After doubling in volume, divide the dough into 2 parts (more if you want you can make a large loaf). Open the dough and roll it up. Cover the dough again with a cloth and let it double in volume. Before taking it to the oven, sprinkle some cornmeal flour (optional). Place in a preheated oven at 180°. Baking time approximately 20 to 25 minutes. and ready
